Ballet West Virtual Open House

Ballet West is delighted to invite young artists of color, their families, and teachers to our Virtual Open House. Watch a film that introduces you to our organization, take a one-hour class, meet apprentices, dancers, and company directors, and have the opportunity to listen and ask questions about Ballet West and life in Salt Lake City, Utah.

PROFESSIONAL/PRE-PROFESSIONAL AGES APPROXIMATELY 17-23 YEARS OLD).

TUESDAY, APRIL 13 5:30 EST

STUDENT TRAINEE LEVEL AGES APPROXIMATELY 14-20 YEAR OLDS).
CLASS LED BY BALLET WEST ACADEMY DIRECTOR, EVELYN CISNEROS-LEGATE.

 

Both Q&A discussions will be moderated by Ballet West II artist Jazz Bynum and will be attended by Artistic Director Adam Sklute and Evelyn Cisneros-Legate who, along with a handful of main company, BWII, and Trainee artists will talk about their lives and answer any questions you may have.

The Virtual Open House events are free online, interactive, and designed to welcome and create access for young artists of color to go behind-the-scenes of Ballet West, one of America’s leading ballet companies.

These events are part of Ballet West’s commitment to create equal access and opportunity for young artists.
