A minimum 48 hour notice is required for all ticket exchanges. Vouchers will be processed on the next business day after the vouchers are submitted.

Exchange Process: Vouchers must be exchanged into tickets. Please have your ticket voucher in hand before beginning the online voucher process. Once you click “submit” your exchange request will be submitted to the ticket office and processed manually on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange is processed. Tickets will be held at will call under the name submitted on the day of the performance.
Voucher Number: All vouchers have a unique number located near the bottom right of the voucher. The voucher number is void once redeemed. Tear up and discard redeemed vouchers immediately. One voucher is redeemable for one ticket. Please make sure your voucher is not expired. Expired voucher numbers will not be accepted.
Performance Restrictions: Vouchers can only be redeemed for the performances listed on them. The drop-down menu below will list the available performances. Please note that all vouchers are subject to seating availability. Opening and closing weekend performances may not be available.
