Audition for the 80th Anniversary of The Nutcracker
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Ballet West invites community members ages 8 - 20 to audition for the 80th Anniversary production of America’s First Nutcracker, now recognized as a Utah "Living Historic Landmark." No experience is required for this unique opportunity to be part of a historic performance. For more information, visit here.

WHEN: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (audition time for participants) 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (media availability time)
WHERE: Ballet West, 52 West 200 South, Salt Lake City

MEDIA INTERVIEWS: Upon arrival, please contact Dana Rimington, Director of Communications at 801-941-9442. Interviews can be arranged with Artistic Director Adam Sklute and student participants, with parental permission. The role of Clara will be announced between 5:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. while students are on stage. We ask that media please remain outside and ask permission from parents of students checking in prior to conducting any interviews.
