About Joseph Lynch:

Lynch has danced with Ballet West for four years. At age ten, he started his training at Festival Ballet Providence in Providence, Rhode Island under the direction of Mihailo Djuric and Viktor Plotnikov. He then went on to train at The Rock School for Dance Education studying under Mariaelena Ruiz and Justin Allen. He continued his training at Boston Ballet School for three years as a trainee, studying under Margaret Tracey, Peter Stark, and Igor Burlak. After his time in Boston, Joseph auditioned for Ballet West in 2017 and was offered a contract in Ballet West’s Second Company. While in the Second Company, he danced principal roles in Peggy Dolkas and Pamela Robinson’s Beauty and the Beast, and Elena Kunikova’s Divertimento. After two years in Ballet West II, Joseph was offered a contract in the main company. Since joining Ballet West Joseph has danced corps roles in Sklute’s Swan Lake and Giselle, Balanchine’s Diamonds in Jewels, and Prodigal Son and Willam Christensen’s The Nutcracker.
