Designed with Utah County families in mind, the Barbara Barrington Jones Family Foundation Ballet West Academy at Thanksgiving Point brings the world class training of the Salt Lake-based Company to Lehi with three light-filled studios and renowned educators serving children from 3 – 18.

Where do I buy the Ballet West Academy uniform?
Uniforms are purchased here.

Where will the uniform be shipped?
Uniform and merchandise purchases will be sent to the Thanksgiving Point studio and you will be contacted when orders arrive.

Which items of the uniform are mandatory?
The Ballet West Academy brand leotard is mandatory for girls in the Elementary Division and above. 
The Ballet West Academy brand compression shirt is mandatory for boys in the Elementary Division and above.
Skirts are optional to wear during pointe class for girls.
Pink tights and pink ballet shoes are required for all girls.

On which holidays is the studio closed?
The online calendar lists all holidays and other important dates. The calendar can be found here.

How do I pay for tuition?
Tuition is paid through the Parent Portal site at https://www.iclassprov2.com/icpv2/parentportal/balletwestacademy/classes

How do I register for classes?
Registration is made through the Parent Portal site at https://www.iclassprov2.com/icpv2/parentportal/balletwestacademy/classes

Can my student make up an absence?
Yes, students may make up any absences by taking a class in the level directly below theirs. For example, if a student in Intermediate B misses class, they can make it up by taking an Intermediate A class.

Do I have to pay for the full semester tuition all at once?
No, tuition payments can be spread out over each session. These payments should be made in the Parent Portal. There is a $20 fee accessed for this convenience.   These partial payments must be completed by December 1, 2015 for fall session classes and May 1, 2016 for winter session classes.

Current academy students should register in their current level for any summer classes.

(For new students): How do I set up an audition to determine placement for summer?
