Season Subscriber Ticket Exchange
Ballet West Subscribers are entitled to one FREE exchange for EACH Production. Exchanges are defined as any change to a seating area, the date, or show time of the same production (i.e. Swan Lake to Swan Lake, not Swan Lake to Nutcracker).
REQUEST TERMS & REQUIREMENTS: Exchange Requests are accepted one show at a time, AFTER the previous show has ended. Each request must be Confirmed Received by BW before the close of business the day before your original tickets’ scheduled day. All requests are processed in the order received; new seating for our subscribers is always comparable to original seat assignments, but subject to availability at time of processing. Should you need to exchange your tickets a 2nd time to the same show, a nominal fee will be charged. If you request an exchange the day of your original show date, a nominal fee will be charged. Additional ticket purchases can be made at the time of exchange requests, too, in order to arrange seating together.
ORIGINAL TICKET RETURN: Once an exchange is requested, the original tickets are instantly invalid and new seats will be held for you. Your original tickets MUST be returned to Ballet West before the new tickets will be PRINTED. Please mail to: Ballet West Box Office at 50 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. We will mail your new tickets to you once the old tickets have been received.Failing to return the original date’s tickets could result in a charge for the new set of tickets. We will provide for pickup in person ONLY for requests placed fewer than 5 business days before your new show’s date. In this case, original tickets may be returned in person at the Capitol Theatre Box Office window marked “Will Call.” Your new tickets will be ready for pick up under the name on your BW account.
